What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of cybersecurity and IT projects supporting federal programs
- Manage project scope, requirements, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple technical workstreams
- Coordinate and collaborate with cybersecurity engineers and other technical specialists to ensure successful project outcomes
- Prepare and deliver stakeholder briefings, program updates, and performance reports
- Identify and mitigate project risks, obstacles, and schedule constraints
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a US citizen with an active Public Trust (MBI) clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management, or a related field
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Active Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
- 7+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years supporting federal programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Treasury, IRS, or other financial/federal agencies
- Familiarity with NIST frameworks, federal cybersecurity compliance, and governance requirements
- Experience working in an Agile, DevSecOps, or hybrid delivery environment
