      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop large-scale scope of work and project schedules
      - Coordinate, schedule, and manage subcontractors, vendors, and material suppliers
      - Monitor and control construction progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
      - Provide accurate project cost forecasting and monthly cost to complete reports
      - Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent; Construction Management degree preferred
      - At least 4+ years of project management experience within the high-voltage construction industry
      - Must be willing to report to job sites in Texas and travel frequently (50% travel)
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Project Scheduling
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Wind Farms or Transmission Lines
      - Familiarity with construction management software and tools
      - Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively
      - Strong negotiation skills with vendors and contractors
      - Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations
