      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage data analytics projects in accordance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements and contract objectives
      - Oversee government program data collection, data modeling, and analytical activities
      - Ensure the development of accurate, timely, and actionable analytical products to support VA leadership
      - Lead the preparation of executive-level reports, briefings, dashboards, and documentation deliverables
      - Monitor project schedules, risks, and performance metrics to ensure timely delivery of analytics products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience managing projects as defined in the PWS
      - Demonstrated experience managing government program data activities
      - Proven experience preparing executive-level reports, briefings, and documentation deliverables
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent industry-recognized project management certification
      - Experience supporting VA, DoD, or other federal civilian agencies
      - Experience developing dashboards, performance metrics, and decision-support tools
      - Familiarity with federal data governance, reporting standards, and compliance requirements
