What is Required (Qualifications):

- Proficiency in software such as Smartsheets, Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of the architectural design process and construction practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Adobe Suite software
- Familiarity with retail rollouts, design, and construction programs
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage ambiguity and challenges throughout the project lifecycle
