What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide strategic project management leadership for large and complex electric transmission and substation projects
- Manage a collaborative project team to ensure key project disciplines are met
- Develop, update, and manage project plans throughout the project life cycle
- Coordinate communication and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Assess project risks and develop mitigation plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of electric utility transmission and substation project management experience
- PMP Certificate desired
- Ability to travel up to 25% for project and client-related needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Software Applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Primavera desired
- Exceptional leadership, verbal/written communications, time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
