      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain organizational systems that promote cross-team collaboration and program quality
      - Lead planning and facilitation of Engagement team meetings, ensuring diverse perspectives are valued
      - Manage the implementation of engagement programs and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration
      - Track project deliverables, milestones, and resource needs while centering equity considerations
      - Collect and organize data for internal learning and external reporting to support continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-7 years of progressive experience in project management, program operations, or nonprofit program coordination
      - Proven track record managing multiple complex projects with competing deadlines
      - Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills with the ability to design scalable infrastructure
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in facilitating meetings
      - Proficiency with project management tools and financial tracking

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in education, international development, journalism, or mission-driven organizations
      - Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar)
      - Familiarity with monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks, particularly equity-focused approaches
      - Experience facilitating strategic planning or organizational change initiatives
      - Understanding of nonprofit operations and collaborative work cultures
