  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Oversee multiple simultaneous projects through all phases of project development from initiation to project closure
  - Manage project duration, budget, and complexity based on specific position requirements
  - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
  - Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver successful project outcomes
  - Adapt to changing outdoor conditions while working in the field
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience as a Project Manager
  - Must pass pre-employment drug test and periodic unannounced drug tests
  - Valid driver's license and meet minimum motor vehicle insurability standards
  - Completion of 30-hour OSHA training
  - Ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays for various projects, with travel up to 75%
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous experience as a Project Manager in the electrical testing or engineering field
  - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  - Familiarity with project management software and tools
  - Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively
  - Experience working in a field environment with changing conditions
