What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and direct professional and technical staff to complete complex environmental projects
- Oversee project invoicing and cash flow management
- Conduct data analysis and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Prepare work plans and organize project studies while supervising junior and mid-level staff
- Lead teams in developing technical solutions to complex environmental problems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in Geology, Engineering, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education
- U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the work
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in project management, particularly in environmental remediation
- Ability to perform work with minimal direction and provide periodic reporting to area manager

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional License (PE, PG, PMP, CHMM, or similar)
- 10+ years of experience in environmental remediation project management
- Master’s degree in Geology, Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Experience successfully managing projects for Federal clients (USACE, AFCEC, Navy)
- Interest in business development and experience in proposal preparation
