What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for sign design, manufacturing, and installation
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure project execution meets budget and timeline requirements
- Attend customer meetings to clarify requirements and specifications for sign projects
- Negotiate pricing and manage subcontractors for installation projects
- Prepare and oversee comprehensive billing packages for customer approval
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, preferably in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Design
- 1-3 years of project management experience in a multi-state or regional environment
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking); additional language skills are advantageous
- Solid mathematical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sign manufacturing, construction trades, or related industries
- Experience in the Sports & Entertainment industry
- Familiarity with computer-based project tracking tools
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external subcontractors
