What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively manage project execution, including planning, scheduling, scope, budget, and customer satisfaction
- Develop project scope, materials, manpower planning, budgeting, and quoting as required
- Coordinate project kickoff meetings, design reviews, and customer acceptance tests
- Administer project contracts, ensuring all obligations and reporting requirements are met
- Track and report project performance to ensure short-term and long-term objectives are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; PMP highly desired
- Proficiency in project management software tools, including MS Project (or equivalent) and MS Office suite
- Minimum of three years of project management experience from initiation to closure
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Alstom Power Plants
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Analytical thinker with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
