What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in rolling out finance systems and/or business applications
- 4+ years of experience with IT Service Management systems, such as Service Central
- 3+ years of experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
- 3+ years of experience in project management and Scaled Agile methodologies
- Ability to work flexible hours during Hypercare periods
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
- Familiarity with additional data analysis tools or programming languages
- Previous experience in a fast-paced technology environment
- Certification in project management or Agile frameworks
