What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple small projects under the guidance of a senior Project Manager, ensuring clarity on project scope and objectives
- Develop project plans, forecasts, and schedules while collaborating with stakeholders to gather detailed project requirements
- Communicate project plans and updates to all affected parties to align expectations and ensure understanding
- Measure project performance and implement corrective actions as needed, while managing the project budget and schedule
- Support larger project initiatives and adhere to risk and regulatory standards set by the employer
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of proven general management, project analysis, or project management experience, including at least 1 year of project management experience
- Alternatively, a combined minimum of 4 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 2 years of proven general management, project analysis, or project management experience, with a minimum of 1 year in project management
- Proficiency with personal computers and relevant software packages
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with JIRA project management software and understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in banking and/or financial institutions
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
