What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and execute interdisciplinary projects with a focus on federal projects
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget of projects from conceptual studies to full design and construction administration
- Plan and manage project staffing requirements and report project performance
- Interface with clients and contractor partners on design-build projects
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving, organizational skills, and technical understanding of construction documents

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Architecture or Building Engineering disciplines
- 7-10 years of experience in architecture or building engineering fields
- US Citizen, eligible for security clearance
- Efficient client management and effective communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and graphic, verbal, and written communication

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active licensure to practice architecture or engineering
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (Revit), Bluebeam, and AutoCAD
- Federal DoD experience
- LEED accreditation and sustainable project experience
- Project Management Professional certification (PMP)
