      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as Client Representative, working directly with County clients and stakeholders to resolve inquiries and issues
      - Supervise consultants and review documents for compliance with codes and regulations
      - Conduct construction site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to plans
      - Maintain and develop essential project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports
      - Prepare progress reports and assist with project revisions as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College Senior status in a Bachelor's Degree program in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field, or a completed Bachelor's Degree in one of these disciplines
      - In lieu of the above degrees, five years of construction management experience is acceptable
      - For Project Manager II: Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) Certificate or Plan Examiner Certificate from an approved organization
      - For Project Manager III: Registered Professional Architect or Engineer with a minimum of five years of practical experience
      - Must be punctual and available for scheduled work shifts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Current membership in professional organizations such as the American Institute of Architects (A.I.A.) or the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers (MSPE)
      - Experience with construction management software and tools
      - Previous experience in public sector project management
      - Additional certifications related to construction or project management
      - Demonstrated ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
