What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the main point of contact for a dedicated list of clients, managing project setup and communication
- Foster collaborative relationships with clients, laboratory operations, and sales teams
- Monitor project status and provide regular updates to all stakeholders
- Document and execute client requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Participate in client meetings and promote a positive representation of the employer

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent industry experience with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sciences and/or customer service
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- Strong self-initiative and resourcefulness
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to lift/carry/push and/or pull upwards of 25 lbs occasionally

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field with 2 to 3 years of experience as a Project Manager Assistant
