What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI datasets, semantic models, and reports
- Utilize T-SQL data pipelines and dimensional modeling for curated data marts
- Leverage Microsoft Fabric and Azure Analytics services for data ingestion and governance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Support production operations by monitoring refreshes and troubleshooting issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Expert-level Power BI skills, including DAX and tabular modeling
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server/T-SQL and data warehousing
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Analytics services
- Proven ability to enforce standards and maintain data quality
- 7+ years of experience in BI/Analytics engineering with a track record of delivering enterprise BI solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Azure DevOps/Git for source control and CI/CD
- Exposure to Salesforce data models and Customer Data Analytics
- Knowledge of Power BI Administration and performance tuning techniques
- Familiarity with data governance and cataloging tools like Purview
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
