What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead full life cycle project delivery, from requirements gathering through software development and User Acceptance Testing
- Establish clear objectives and direct teams to achieve project goals while balancing quality, scope, time, and cost
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners to drive strategic initiatives
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating to leadership as necessary
- Create detailed communications for internal and external stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of project management experience managing technology and software development-related projects
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Demonstrated project management skills, including familiarity with project management tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Advanced PC skills, including SharePoint administration, MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP certification preferred
- Workday experience helpful
- Experience in the Group Insurance industry a plus
- Proven ability to develop strong, collaborative working relationships across functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
