What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, schedule, and direct day-to-day activities of assigned projects, communicating essential project status information
- Lead project planning, execution, controlling, and closing activities in accordance with the organization's Project Management Methodology
- Manage third-party vendors and partners' deliverables, ensuring effective engagement throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain a master project plan, tracking progress and taking corrective actions as needed
- Implement continuous risk management protocols, identifying known risks and applying mitigation strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and formal Project Management Training
- Minimum of 3 years of enterprise-level project management experience managing multiple IT projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, practices, and tools
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in a matrixed environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience with ITIL, CSM, or other IT industry technical certifications
- Familiarity with Project or Project Portfolio Management systems
- Background in Professional Services environment supporting IT Infrastructure deployments
