What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the functional lead for JD Edwards (E1) and Oracle Cloud SCM modules across the program
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional designs, user stories, and actionable tasks for technical teams
- Lead solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live stabilization
- Communicate complex functional and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of experience with JD Edwards (E1) and/or Oracle Cloud SCM project delivery, including team leadership or direct management
- 12-15 years of experience in a large, complex technical or enterprise IT environment
- 15+ years of demonstrated experience with project management, delivery frameworks, and/or ITIL
- 10+ years of experience delivering solutions in regulated environments
- Strong ability to set expectations and communicate clearly with peers, leadership, and business partners
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience with JD Edwards (E1) implementations
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud SCM modules such as Manufacturing, MRP/DRP, and Procurement
- Experience with Quality, Intercompany processing, and Demand Planning
- Knowledge of Inventory Management, Distribution & Logistics, and Product Costing
- Familiarity with Quote-to-Cash processes
