- Manage and track project activities for training and instructional design teams.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and status reporting.
- Lead meetings with managers and team members to discuss project progress and priorities.
- Maintain and update Jira project boards.
- Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations related to project timelines and training initiatives.
- Update and manage Excel tracking documents and reports.
- Organize and maintain files and documentation within Box folder structures.
- Revise and update training materials, PowerPoint presentations, Word-based training documents, and job aids.
- Partner closely with Senior Instructional Designers and management to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Instructional Design experience.
- Learning Performance Consultant (LPC) background.
- Project management experience supporting training or learning organizations.
- Experience maintaining training documentation and learning content.
- Strong process adherence and document organization skills
