What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage project implementations of Atellica Solutions for both automation and non-automation sites
- Collaborate with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure customer satisfaction
- Lead all activities related to multi-site implementation projects, ensuring effective communication
- Facilitate meetings and conference calls to coordinate project efforts
- Deliver formal presentations to large groups, effectively communicating project updates and outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client-facing project management roles within healthcare or laboratory settings
- Proven ability to manage complex external customer projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical issues in layman's terms
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with laboratory automation and informatics products
- Familiarity with regulatory agency requirements specific to clinical laboratories
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Candidates located within the Western Zone of the USA
