What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead day-to-day project management for marketing analytics and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) initiatives
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies to maintain team focus and productivity
- Translate complex analytics workstreams into actionable project plans using tools like Jira
- Partner with client stakeholders to manage timelines and adapt to shifting requirements
- Drive communication across teams to ensure alignment on project scope and risks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of project management experience in analytics, marketing science, or data-focused environments
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Mix Modeling or similar advanced measurement programs
- Proven ability to run Agile processes and optimize delivery using project management tools
- Strong communication skills for translating complex analytics into clear narratives
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and navigating ambiguity in fast-paced projects
