      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring successful outcomes and alignment with customer objectives
      - Oversee the full project lifecycle from kickoff to launch, collaborating with internal stakeholders
      - Provide recommendations to improve implementation efficiency and assist customers in achieving their unique goals
      - Engage with customer stakeholders to identify business and process needs
      - Monitor project deliverables and conduct regular reviews to ensure timely completion

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience as an Account/Project Manager or in a related field, preferably within SaaS
      - 2+ years of experience managing enterprise-level accounts
      - Proven experience working directly with complex accounts at senior business and IT levels
      - Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing interests
      - Ability to be on-call after hours and on weekends as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Guru, Rocketlane, Salesforce, and Zendesk
      - Experience in an advisory role at the executive level
      - Willingness to travel occasionally as required
