What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead programs and workstreams for supply chain and manufacturing technology transformation initiatives
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and third-party partners to plan and implement critical supply chain and manufacturing systems
- Facilitate integrated planning across multiple workstreams
- Manage dependencies and critical paths throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee change control disciplines, including scope, timeline, budget, and sequencing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-15 years of experience in project management
- Proven track record in supporting projects related to warehouse, transportation, yard, labor, or manufacturing operations
- Familiarity with facility operations, including distribution centers, plants, and fulfillment centers
- Experience working in product-led or hybrid agile environments
- Ability to navigate vendor-led planning while maintaining enterprise governance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience delivering programs with third-party software vendors or systems integrators
- Familiarity with SOW-driven delivery models and shared accountability
