What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to incoming inquiries from customers and the global sales & support organizations, directing them to the appropriate expertise within the Library Team
- Coordinate and collate detailed library design input from customers and support teams to ensure alignment with customer needs
- Work with the Library Project Manager and Fabrication Teams to collect costing for library designs as part of quote preparation
- Prepare and distribute quotes for libraries and maintain an organized database of issued quotations
- Maintain accurate and timely records in all systems for reporting purposes, including quotes, orders, and shipments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the life sciences or related field, with over 2 years in a customer-facing role
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related Life Science; advanced degree or hands-on laboratory experience is a bonus
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
- Demonstrated track record of managing projects that meet customer expectations
- Outstanding teamwork and communication skills

- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Hands-on laboratory experience
- Familiarity with regulatory and ISO 13485 requirements
- High energy and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Experience in managing customer workflows and service offerings
