What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage Market Risk or Credit Risk projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate efforts with business and technology stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Drive end-to-end project delivery while adhering to timelines and budgets
- Gather and analyze requirements from various teams to inform project scope
- Maintain project documentation, including RAID tracking and governance reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience in banking or capital markets
- Direct experience in managing Market Risk and/or Credit Risk projects
- Solid understanding of risk concepts, including VaR, sensitivities, stress testing, exposure, limits, RWA, and Basel frameworks
- Strong skills in project planning, stakeholder communication, and governance reporting
- Experience working with Risk, Technology, Front Office, and Compliance teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with risk systems, data flows, or regulatory initiatives
- PMP or Agile certification
