      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage Medicaid Eligibility and Client Management (MECM) project activities to ensure timely execution of tasks and deliverables
      - Draft, update, and maintain Project Delivery Methodology and Procedures (SOPs) for process accuracy and accessibility
      - Track project deliverables, timelines, and milestones to ensure compliance with schedules and stakeholder expectations
      - Monitor project activities, including risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with stakeholders and vendors
      - Facilitate regular status meetings and coordinate various teams engaged in the project

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 60 months experience managing operational tasks for large-scale, complex office or government projects involving cross-agency stakeholders
      - 60 months experience working with Medicaid programs, health information systems, or other healthcare-related IT projects
      - 60 months experience providing administrative or project management support in a public sector or enterprise IT environment
      - 60 months experience tracking financials, including purchase orders and expense monitoring
      - Bachelor's Degree or higher

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 60 months experience drafting, maintaining, or updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or workflows for an IT or business operations team
      - 60 months experience reviewing operational or business transmittals for completeness and accuracy
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
