What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the execution of complex consulting engagements, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed client expectations
- Structure project activities and identify resource requirements based on engagement scope and objectives
- Lead teams, oversee project quality, and engage with key stakeholders to meet client needs
- Enhance client relationships to foster trust and identify additional business opportunities
- Contribute to the development of new business leads and participate in functional or industry networks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of professional management consulting experience
- Experience in the Metals and Mining industry or a management consulting firm
- Strong communication and presentation skills at the Project Manager level
- Proven experience in managing and developing teams
- Intermediate to expert proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, PowerBI, Tableau, and Visio

- Technical knowledge in supporting clients on transformational journeys, including strategy development and operational roadmaps
- Familiarity with operational performance improvement and operations excellence methodologies
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude in diverse teams
