      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage projects integrating utility locating, land surveying, and subsurface mapping, overseeing planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budgets
      - Serve as the primary liaison for clients, FDOT, and other regulatory bodies, defining project scope and resolving issues
      - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones while adhering to PSM/PLS protocols
      - Perform routine site inspections to evaluate project progress and mitigate potential delays
      - Collaborate with survey teams, engineers, and specialists to enhance processes and deploy innovative technologies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field
      - Current Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) license (equivalent to PLS), maintained in good standing
      - 5-10 years of experience in construction or infrastructure project management, including at least 3 years in Florida
      - Demonstrated expertise in boundary surveys, topographic mapping, and GPS/GIS integration
      - Strong communication abilities with experience interfacing with teams, clients, contractors, and agencies like FDOT

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Professional Engineer (PE) license or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification
      - Multi-state PLS/PSM and PE licensure
      - At least 3 years on FDOT-related initiatives, such as roadway planning or right-of-way assessments
      - Leadership experience of survey teams on major construction projects valued at $10M or more
      - Familiarity with LiDAR, drone surveying, or AI-based utility detection systems
