      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage energy projects from initiation through completion, ensuring achievement of scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives
      - Coordinate and oversee permitting efforts, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory standards and requirements
      - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
      - Communicate effectively with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues
      - Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Land Use Planning, Environmental Planning, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
      - 5–8 years of project management experience, specifically within energy development and/or permitting
      - Strong understanding of energy regulations, permitting processes, and environmental impact assessments
      - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
      - Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record without restrictions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with energy or electric transmission permitting in Arizona
      - Knowledge of Arizona regulatory frameworks and agencies
      - Candidate physically located in Arizona preferred
