What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute innovative design solutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate effectively with project stakeholders to meet project goals and objectives
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and techniques
- Create drawings, diagrams, and visual aids to enhance stakeholder understanding of designs
- Continuously acquire knowledge of new technologies and techniques in architecture
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Architecture license or actively working towards it
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Experience in Multi-Family, Mixed-Use, or Senior Living projects
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and similar software
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively

- Experience in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach to project management
- Proven ability to contribute to drawing production and design execution
