      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and support power uprate projects, including engineering analysis and licensing
      - Prepare project cost estimates and schedules
      - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, from individual contributors to senior leadership
      - Ensure projects adhere to utility standards, regulations, and safety requirements
      - Oversee procurement and construction activities related to the projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 9+ years of project management experience OR 5+ years with a Bachelor's in Engineering
      - Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university
      - Proficient in project management principles
      - Experience in project cost estimating for engineering, procurement, and construction

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's in Business, Project Management, or a related field
      - PMP, CAPM, or CMII/Construction Certifications; Professional Engineer License
      - Knowledge of utility industry, construction management, and cost/schedule control
      - Previous experience in nuclear or energy project management
