- Develop and maintain a physician contract database and contract reporting tools for all Lee Health entities.
- Track and monitor managed care contract terms, renewals, and expirations to ensure proactive management.
- Resolve payor-related payment discrepancies and ensure timely reimbursement in collaboration with contracted entities.
- Create and format reports tailored to different stakeholders and internal needs.
- Support contract compliance and provider relations activities.
- Disseminate key contract information and requirements to Lee Physician Group practices and patient access points.
- Maintain and assess fee schedule data to support physician compensation models.
- Build and nurture relationships with managed care payors to drive alignment and performance.
- Experience working with managed care contracts, provider networks, or healthcare finance.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and present complex data clearly and effectively.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.

Summary
As the Project Manager - Payor Contracts, you will play a critical role in supporting Lee Health's managed care strategy by maintaining accurate, real-time contract and provider data, ensuring timely reporting, and improving collaboration between our internal teams and external payor partners. This is a high-impact position that touches contract performance, reimbursement accuracy, provider satisfaction, and patient access. This position combines purpose, complexity, and visibility - you will have the opportunity to improve our operational excellence and patient outcomes while collaborating across our healthcare system which truly serves the Southwest Florida community.
You'll manage our physician and payor contract database, ensure timely renewal tracking, and support contract compliance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating across departments, and contributing to the financial health of a mission-driven organization.
