      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, execute, and deliver projects or workstreams using waterfall or hybrid methodologies
      - Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and under budget
      - Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
      - Coordinate project management activities and assist in project documentation
      - Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project management/project coordination, or a similar role
      - Experience in healthcare and care delivery settings preferred
      - Familiarity with technical project management preferred
      - Certification from Project Management Institute (CAPM, PMP, ACP) or equivalent preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a related field
      - Experience in corporate/shared services project management
      - Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe
      - Background in health plans or ambulatory services
      - Strong communication and leadership skills
