What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Liaise with business and technical stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Manage project activities through all life cycles utilizing project management tools like ServiceNow and M365
- Report on project activities and provide input to the Annual Financial Plan (budget)
- Lead and manage the full life cycle of projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7-10 years of combined IT Project Management experience
- Proven track record of delivering waterfall projects
- Ability to navigate difficult conversations and manage complex technical projects
- Familiarity with implementing technology in a financial industry context is desired
- Experience with ServiceNow and M365 products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP and other Project Management-related certifications
- Familiarity with implementing security infrastructure-related technologies
- Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus
- Strong focus on delivery with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Experience leading small to medium projects simultaneously
