What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead large-scale power design and construction projects, including power plants and renewable energy projects
- Oversee day-to-day management of projects and contract agreements
- Act as the primary liaison for communications with customers, employees, consultants, and sub-contractors
- Monitor project performance and direct the development of necessary reports
- Ensure compliance with internal and external obligations related to contracts and project activity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, preferably in power or large-scale construction projects
- Proven ability to manage complex projects in a 24/7/365 operational environment
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and policy implementation skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable
- Knowledge of quality assurance and safety standards in the energy/construction sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
