      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee project scope and execution for large-scale events, ensuring successful delivery
      - Prepare and communicate technical production schedules and project plans to team members
      - Act as the primary onsite contact for clients during events, managing all phases of execution
      - Monitor project budgets and ensure compliance with financial guidelines
      - Mentor Associate Project Managers and contribute to best practices in event execution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 4 years of technical experience in the Corporate Staging or Broadcast industry
      - At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
      - Strong written and oral communication skills
      - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with budgets and cost control

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with technical diagrams and event production standards
      - Ability to travel up to 50% for event execution and management
      - Previous project management experience in the event industry
