      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee follow-up service activities and suggest quality interventions related to NCQA and other programs
      - Act as a quality clinical liaison to the community and oversight agencies, recommending policy and procedural changes
      - Provide psychiatric clinical services expertise to improve member outcomes
      - Ensure integration of care and effective resource utilization through collaboration with stakeholders
      - Review documentation and engage in discussions with providers and members to enhance the service delivery system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Behavioral Health
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate effectively to diverse audiences
      - Advanced knowledge of mental health and substance abuse treatment services
      - Understanding of managed care policies and procedures, specifically related to the Pennsylvania Medicaid Program

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with external agencies and treatment providers for coordination of care
      - Familiarity with NCQA standards and quality improvement initiatives
      - Background in integrated managed care products and services
      - Knowledge of behavioral health service delivery systems
