What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets while tracking progress for financial success
- Manage complex contract negotiations and lead project execution by assembling and managing teams
- Serve as the primary liaison between all parties involved in a project
- Monitor project performance, ensuring deliverables meet established scope, schedule, and budget
- Document all project deliverables and maintain comprehensive records, including correspondence and design plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an Associate Degree with equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience supporting railroad projects for CSX / CPKC
- Strong communication skills and proven track record in exceeding client expectations
- High-level organization, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license and a good driving history, with a willingness to travel as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) license
- Experience in MicroStation, Risa 3D analysis, and Bluebeam Revu
