What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee project management tasks, milestones, and performance monitoring via the PM Portal
- Manage all aspects of projects, including deliverables, partner interactions, and customer communications
- Develop financial and delivery estimates at both departmental and project levels
- Create reports and customer briefs, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Coordinate project activities and set priorities for execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS Degree (or equivalent)
- 3-6 years of project management experience, particularly in multi-OEM DoD programs
- Proven ability to communicate and influence effectively at all organizational levels
- Proficiency in MS 365, especially Excel, and familiarity with project invoicing and tax schedules
- Must be a US Citizen
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP Certification
- Knowledge of DoD contracting and processes
- Experience managing small to medium multi-OEM programs or equivalent
