What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the execution of integrated omnichannel campaigns, ensuring accurate setup, QA, launch, pacing, optimization, and close-out
- Monitor daily pacing, KPIs, and delivery risks across all live programs, providing clear mitigation plans as needed
- Serve as the execution hub for cross-functional project management, maintaining timelines, trackers, and documentation
- Act as the primary operational contact for clients, translating complex execution details into clear communication
- Generate pacing and performance reports in collaboration with data analytics and marketing teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in omnichannel campaign delivery and digital media operations
- Hands-on experience with email, display, and onsite executions
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with endemic platforms or publisher-owned media
- Familiarity with CRM/CDP-enabled activation models
- Understanding of engagement quality versus impression volume
