      One of our companies is currently looking for a Project Manager in Lexington, KY.

      We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee mission-critical infrastructure projects in the telecommunications and power sectors. This role involves managing complex AC/DC power system installations from planning through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, and technical standards are met. You'll be the key point of contact for clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams. The position requires regional travel, hands-on coordination, and the ability to drive multiple concurrent projects to successful completion.

      Accountabilities:
      • Plan, direct, and coordinate AC/DC power infrastructure projects to meet scope, timeline, and budget
      • Review project specs and define schedules, procurement needs, and resource planning
      • Manage project documentation, including work plans, schedules, and client reports
      • Communicate with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams, to manage expectations and ensure delivery
      • Track project progress, contractor schedules, material deliveries, and site compliance
      • Conduct job site visits, attend construction meetings, and ensure safety compliance
      • Resolve issues proactively across customers, vendors, and subcontractors
      • Complete project close-out documentation to meet customer requirements and scoring criteria

      Requirements
      • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical field OR 8+ years of industry experience
      • Proven supervisory experience and background in electrical infrastructure projects
      • Knowledge of DC power systems (-48VDC and +24VDC), UPS, HVAC, and fire suppression
      • Experience in Cable/Telecom environments and understanding of GR-1275 standards
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Visio; CAD experience a plus
      • PMP certification preferred
      • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
      • Ability to travel regularly and work from home with high-speed internet access
      • Must pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and have a clean driving record
