What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate communications with various departments to define testing program needs and implement requirements
- Collaborate closely with Business Development and Marketing to define program scope and support contract execution
- Create, execute, and track program details while identifying potential roadblocks and defining risk mitigation strategies
- Maintain business relationships with customers through regular communication and meetings
- Oversee program development and serve as the point of contact post-launch to ensure alignment with requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or related science discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project management activities
- Experience in genomics and technology
- Background in the life sciences or diagnostics industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
