What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage New Store Opening (NSO) and Remodel projects, ensuring timely execution
- Coordinate equipment deliveries and installations with franchisees and vendors
- Monitor product availability and manage delivery and installation schedules
- Support data collection, tracking, and reporting for the Restaurant Solutions team
- Review architectural drawings and provide necessary take-offs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred, or equivalent experience in procurement or supply chain
- 1-3 years of experience in the Foodservice, Hospitality, or Construction industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- High attention to detail and quality of work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Smartsheet for project management
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask with limited supervision
- Proven skills in relationship development and teamwork
- Adaptability to rapidly changing situations and priorities
