What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage small to medium-sized retail projects from inception to completion, coordinating internal and external resources
- Ensure compliance with design concepts through effective coordination of engineering work
- Oversee project teams to guarantee timely completion of necessary documents
- Present design concepts to clients and secure approvals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate of architecture, design, or business school; equivalent experience may be substituted
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience producing design projects
- Extensive knowledge of materials, furnishings, and construction methods related to interior architecture
- Proven ability to write and negotiate contracts for services, consultants, and contractors
- Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with corporate interiors is a plus
- Advanced presentation and graphic communication skills
- Strong ability to manage and lead diverse teams effectively
