      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and support projects across the data portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives
      - Maintain the team's internal delivery rhythm and operational cadence for effective project execution
      - Drive process improvements and operational excellence across various functions
      - Manage project documentation, tracking systems, and communication with stakeholders
      - Support internal controls and compliance processes, including documentation and audit support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years of experience in data operations, business operations, or project/program management
      - Experience in property and casualty (P&C) insurance highly preferred
      - Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
      - Excellent communication skills, able to convey information clearly to both technical and business audiences
      - Familiarity with Agile or Kanban-based delivery models

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with SOX, data governance, or compliance-related documentation
      - Background in a regulated industry
      - Proven ability to manage change during rollouts and process changes
      - Experience working within a data engineering team
