What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage account onboarding and integration planning, ensuring smooth execution across multiple weeks or months
- Partner with the COO and CEO on quarterly strategic planning and translate initiatives into detailed execution plans
- Serve as the central Project Manager for Rev Ops requests, facilitating prioritization and sequencing of initiatives
- Build Gantt charts, timelines, and visual roadmaps to enhance project visibility and clarity
- Maintain project management tools and continuously improve project planning standards at the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Senior PM, or Program Manager
- Direct experience working under a COO or executive leadership team
- Experience in supporting 8-figure (or larger) businesses with complex initiatives
- Advanced project management skills, including resource allocation and capacity planning
- Proficiency in project management software, with hands-on experience using tools such as Asana or ClickUp
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience building and managing project plans specifically for sales, marketing, and Rev Ops teams
- Ability to clearly articulate project planning processes, including Gantt charts and roadmap visualization
- Comfort in managing capacity and engaging in executive-level conversations
- Familiarity with visual planning tools and timelines for project execution
