      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate land service bookings such as restaurants, guides, and local transportation for tours in the United States
      - Plan tours, ensuring timely confirmations within budget while maintaining high operational quality
      - Work directly with MICE clients from Brazil to develop proposals and manage operations
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners in the US sports and events sector
      - Proactively communicate updates and resolve service complaints efficiently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Working experience in the destination management company (DMC) or travel industry
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Portuguese is an advantage
      - Knowledge of US destinations, particularly World Cup cities
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      - Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in business reporting and statistics
      - Strong planning skills with a proactive work approach
      - Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively
      - Previous experience managing sports groups, particularly related to soccer
