- Oversee the monitoring of critical business-wide metrics and coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain effectiveness.
- Lead the development and execution of long-term capacity planning strategies to support growth.
- Implement advanced supply chain modeling techniques for inventory optimization and cost reduction.
- Utilize data-driven insights to drive efficiency and cost reduction in supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with material planning to maximize critical suppliers' capacity utilization.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer obsession.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the continuous improvement of supply chain processes and systems.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics for supply chain management.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to support operations.
- Coordinate and resolve companywide risks and obstacles to align schedules with customer needs.
- Report key supplier progress to senior leadership in operational initiatives.
- Direct production readiness assessments for New Product Introduction and rate increases with business-wide impact.
- Aerospace experience is required.
- 5–7 years of direct experience in supply chain management, focusing on capacity planning, inventory optimization, and supply chain strategy and management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
