      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage system-wide organizational projects exceeding $5 million
      - Develop and implement project management methodologies and tools
      - Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring of deliverables including timelines and budgets
      - Mentor and coach project managers and leaders on best practices in project management
      - Facilitate vendor selection and contract management processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field
      - 5+ years of progressive experience managing project teams and implementations
      - Project management professional certification or equivalent required
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and leadership abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field
      - 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
      - 5+ years of project management experience specifically in healthcare
      - Experience with budget forecasting and financial analysis
      - Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools and methodologies
